Can the insurance company choose where I get my car repaired?
Absolutely not! As the owner of the vehicle, you have YOUR choice where your vehicle is repaired. When filing an insurance claim, don’t be mislead into using one of their "preferred" shops. When an insurance company insists that you use a shop of their choice, this is called insurance steering and is illegal. Make sure that you are the number one customer with the shop, and not the insurance company. In exchange for referrals many of these shops are required to make collision repairs using the insurer’s cost saving repair techniques, imitation parts and other discounts, all of which lowers the quality of your repair.
Don't end up with an unsafe or cheap auto body repair. Bill Denny's Automotive, Inc. is YOUR advocate. We will negotiate with the insurance company on your behalf, for a proper and safe repair that is guaranteed! See our testimonials page to hear it from our customers.
Are your technicians certified?
Absolutely. Quality auto repair begins with the technician's training and experience in using the latest equipment required to properly repair today’s complicated vehicles. All of Bill Denny’s technicians attend ongoing training through vehicle manufacturers and collision repair educational organizations such as I-CAR. I-CAR is the most comprehensive training available in the collision industry. Additionally, our technicians and appraisers are also ASE certified, which means they have passed stringent tests in collision repair techniques.
Also, some of our technicians are OEM factory trained. That means that they have recieved training from vehicle manufacturers, including, BMW, Honda, GM, and Ford.
I'm concerned about the environment. What do you do to be "green"?
We have always understood our responsibility to our environment, and long before being green became the "in" thing.
- We recycle all paper, cardboard, metals, beverage containers.
- We use proper disposal channels for all hazardous waste materials, electronics, fluorescent bulbs, tires, etc.
- We purchase shop supplies in bulk, using refillable product dispensers vs single use containers.
- We use the Bonny Marlin System to clean our paint guns. It uses non-hazardous, recyclable cleaners instead of paint thinner.
