Bill Denny's Automotive, Inc. - Estimates & Claims

What do you mean by "customer advocate"?

Dealing with the collision repair process can be tough, especially if you've never had to go through it before.  One of the toughest parts of the process is dealing with your insurance company.  It can often be a complex and involved process, and it's our goal to make as easy for you as possible and guide you through it.  Generally, the insurance company wants to get your vehicle repaired for the lowest possible price.  Our mission is to return your car to you in as close as possible to pre-accident condition. This retains the value of your vehicle investment for YOU, our customer.  We'll negotiate with the insurance company on your behalf to ensure that the repairs to your vehicle are performed completely using the latest repair techniques by the industry's best technicians.

What's the best insurance company to have?

While there are some that are better than others (marked by their concern for their customer's), your best bet is to find a local agent that is there for you.  You want an agent with a reputation for helping THEIR customers.  Ask your friends and family if they know an agent who has gone to bat for them when they needed it.  We've been locally operated for a long time and have excellent relationships with many local agents.  An agent can also help you decide the coverage that is right for you based on your needs

Payment Policy

Before your vehicle can be released, payment for services must be made in full.

Insurance repairs:
Please have all insurance checks properly endorsed. If a
lien holder is named on the check, they must sign on the check before we can accept it as payment. If you have any questions or need help our staff will be glad to assist you.

Deductibles:
All deductibles must be paid in full before we can release your vehicle.

After Hours Pick-Up:
If you can’t be here before close of business, we will make arrangements to leave your car out front and lock the keys inside, however the bill must be paid in full prior to us leaving the car out for late pick-up.

If you can not make arrangements for pick-up when you are notified that your vehicle is ready, your vehicle will be parked out in front of the building and we will not be responsible for any loss or damaged which may occur.

We will be happy to address any questions or concerns you have about these payment policies.

Thank you.
