Forest Hill Industrial Airpark is comprised of approximately 160 acres, and includes over 60 buildings, 14 airplane hangars, and a 3200' runway.

There is currently approximately 550,000 s.f. of flex space with 11 additional acres prime for retail, build-to-suit, and/or land lease opportunities.

The connection to Route 23 with Commerce Road was completed and in service on August 8, 2008. A sign at this entrance was installed in the spring of 2009, and as of May 2010, the Park houses over 60 buildings and nearly 90 businesses.
