If you are a homeless family with children, Harford Family House, Inc. may be able to help. All referrals to Harford Family House, Inc. housing programs must meet certain criteria:

Referral Process

If you meet these criteria and would like to enter Harford Family House, Inc. programs, you will need to obtain a referral from a third party community agency that can verify your homeless status. This can be a caseworker, mental health provider, or other human services worker. All referrals are screened on a first-come, first-serve basis when there are openings. Harford Family House does not maintain a waiting list.
