Robert F. Kahoe, Jr.

Robert F. Kahoe, Jr. is a life-long resident of Harford County, has been a licensed real estate broker since 1986, and is also a practicing attorney.

Mr. Kahoe is highly knowledgeable in real estate issues and, as an attorney, he concentrates on real estate and land-use issues.

Mr. Kahoe has extensive experience with title issues, conveyancing problems, warranty issues, and contractual concerns which may arise in the purchase and sale of real estate. He has written and reviewed thousands of real estate contracts, and has participated in the settlement of hundreds of properties, most within Harford County.

Mr. Kahoe is a graduate of Dartmouth College, Hanover, New Hampshire, 1972, (BA), and a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law, Baltimore, Maryland, 1977, (JD).

Robert Chubb has lived in Harford County for over 35 years. He went to school locally and has witnessed the growth of Harford County from a small rural community to a diverse and varied suburb. He is a licensed real estate agent with an extensive background in sales, which enables him to educate his clients in both the purchasing and selling of new or pre-existing properties.
