Welcome to The Susquehanna Museum at the Lock House

The Susquehanna Museum at the Lock House is a historic home located on the banks of the Susquehanna River in Havre de Grace Maryland. It has a rich history, and tells the story of those who used to live and work in the house as well as of the City of Havre de Grace through exhibits, events and programming.

We would love for you to become a part of this rich history. You can do this in a number of ways including donation funds, time as volunteer or historic objects to include in our artifact collection.

You can also become a member of the Museum and receive our quarterly newsletter and other perks that come with this membership. We are eager to have you become a part of this historically significant building and the rich history surrounding it.
