About Marquis Downs Caterers

When choosing a catering company for that special occasion, corporate or themed event - Marquis Downs Caterers is the most innovative caterer in Harford County Maryland. Your life celebrations can be held in our various locations or in place of your choice.

Family owned and operated, Marquis Downs Caterers is piloted by gourmet chef Tom Eikenberg. Tom has been working in the Mid Atlantic culinary world for over three decades, honing his skills with some of the finest chefs in the food industry. Tom's experiences have also extracted him from the land and placed him firmly in the water. In the past he has created meals for the Baltimore Inner Harbor Cruise ships, as well as the Lantern Queen Riverboat.

Marquis Downs Caterers' commitment to innovative menus and exceptional service reaches well beyond their home base in Havre de Grace Maryland. Catering clients return not only for signature dishes like beef roulades in puff pastry and Marquis Downs chicken (succulent chicken breasts with grapes and mushrooms in a white wine sauce), but also for the personalized attention they receive from Chef Tom and his wife Kathy.

Our reputation is based on our attention to detail, along with an unequaled desire to provide our customers with the finest food at reasonable prices. We believe that superb food can gratify your soul as well as be one of the easiest ways to celebrate with family and friends!
