Marquis Downs Caterers provide custom off-premise catering. We work closely with you to create the perfect menu for your catered event. The selection of menus is not limited to the items listed in this website. We will gladly create menus and arrange specialty items, buffets or themes to compliment your occasion.
The prices below reflect typical costs of our catering but occasionally the costs of a particular party may fall outside these price ranges.
MENU PLANNING
Marquis Downs Caterers will arrange a personal appointment to discuss your specific menu choices, number of guests, delivery, set-up, serving at the buffet, or sit down services as well as clean-up and breakdown of the facility of your choice. We are experts in special diet planning; therefore, if any of your guests require special menus we can work with you to satisfy their needs.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
We can provide you with a customized list of vendors (for example florists, bakers, etc.) for your catered event.
CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT
Our catering agreement spells out details clearly so there are no surprises. Marquis Downs Caterers require a 30% non-refundable deposit when the contract is signed. One month prior to the event, the next 35% is due. The final 35% will be collected five days prior to the event. Payment for personal chef meals is due at time of delivery.
