Phase I - Development: Before launching or changing any social media marketing efforts, WebIXI will:
Meet with the client to review their current social media practices (if any) to examine activity, connections (Friends, Fans, Followers, etc.), links (in/out), website click-throughs, etc.; using various online tools a Social Media Grade will be provided
Meet with the client to discuss their business & their current message/brand in the marketplace, as well as, identifying their key competitors
Create the appropriate message/brand to be used in social media marketing
Determine their operational objectives and which social media platforms are appropriate to meet the objectives (lead generation, customer retention, customer support, increase number of transactions, increase average cost of transactions, add new clients, etc.)
Determine business functions to be enhanced (Sales, Customer Support, HR, PR, Business Intelligence; Non-profits might be Outcomes, Member Support, HR, PR, Member Loyalty)
Determine requirements for an organizational Social Media Policy
Define Targets to meet operational Objectives; for Targets, define Key Performance Indicators, Secondary Performance Indicators, Other data to be collected
Establish baseline criteria for measuring ROI
Create and optimize the starting point for their social media marketing channels (content & profile development, brand information, background data, etc.)
Create social media timeline (will be specific, as well as, general based upon the client & their unique product/brand/service/etc.)
Analyze website for ease of content sharing over social media platforms
Lay Operational Groundwork for Social Media Management, developing roles and responsibilities
Provide the Implementation Plan that will outline the necessary next steps in order to launch their Social Media Marketing Program (setting up accounts, multiple users, mobile/online tools, timeline development, development, etc.)
Phase II - Implementation: After the brand appropriate social media marketing channel(s) have been identified & the content has been created, WebIXI will:
Work with the client to develop Social Media Campaigns that address the Objectives and Targets identified in Phase I
Set-Up the appropriate social media tools for content management (HootSuite, Ping.fm, TweetDeck, etc.)
Set-Up/Update the appropriate user accounts (usernames, passwords, email updates, multiple user input, etc.)
Launch the initial content with respect to the timeline established during Development
Prepare/Launch first 30 days of social media marketing material with respect to the timeline established in Phase I
Set-Up brand appropriate keyword/RSS feeds to monitor their social media marketing efforts, as well as, that of their key competitors
Provide the Social Media Management Plan that will outline the necessary next steps & requirements for maintaining social media management (keeping content fresh/relevant/brief, combining social media with website development, search engine optimization, ROI measurement, brand management, monitoring, etc.)
Phase III - Outsourced Social Media Director: After the social media marketing content has been launched the client will be responsible for ongoing content management, maintenance, & updates; however, assistance with this effort is available on a weekly or monthly basis as their Social Media Director. In this role WebIXI will:
Meet with the client on a regular (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) basis to discuss current industry specific trends, business initiatives, upcoming events, important information about their business, etc. in order to create ongoing content development with respect to the timeline
Provide training for key employees associated with the tactical positions in social media content/management
Develop multi-channel social media marketing initiatives with respect to various elements of their image/brand (client/network event marketing, multiple Facebook Fan Pages, Twitter Lists, client generated blogs, etc.)
Integrate an extensive search engine optimization (SEO) plan with respect to ongoing social media marketing content/management
Provide monthly ROI measurement
