In March of 2005, Veronica McCarthy, Dwight E. Thomey, Esquire, and Jay C. Emrey, Esquire opened the doors of Susquehanna Title & Escrow LLC, to help serve the settlement needs of Cecil County, Maryland. Their combined experience brings a new level of comfort to all clients.

McCarthy has over 15 years experience in real estate settlement in both Maryland and Delaware. She began as a real estate paralegal for Fox Roths Child (formally known as Agnosti, Levitsky, and Isaacs), but quickly realized that her passion was in the title aspect of her job, and decided to continue her knowledge and open Susquehanna Title & Escrow LLC.

McCarthy is a proud mother of two teenagers, and a member of the Cecil County Chamber of Commerce, the North East Chamber of Commerce, the MD Land Title Associate, and is on her second term with the MD Insurance Administration. She has also been recently noted in the Who's Who Metropolitan.
