WebIXI will provide members of the Website Performance Analysis Program a detailed analysis report each quarter that will include the following features:

• Ranking Results - We will run a rank report to see where your site comes up in the natural search results in multiple search engines (such as Google, Yahoo, and Ask.com). These results will be saved each quarter, to see if your rankings have increased or decreased each quarter

• Competitor Analysis - It is important to make sure that we keep an eye on the competition as well. We will analyze where your competition comes up in the natural search rankings off the decided keywords
• Analysis of Link Popularity - This report will find out exactly what sites link to your site (and your competitor's) throughout the internet.
• Site Review and Analysis - A detailed analysis of the current keywords, metatags/descriptions, and search terms used by actual users.
• Modifications to Keywords - After reviewing how your keywords are performing, and the actual search terms people are using to find your site, we will modify the keywords based upon the results and market trends.
• Resubmittal to Search Engines - After we have modified the keywords, we will resubmit your site to the search engines in order to keep your site in front of each search engine each quarter and maintain the traffic results.
• Quarterly Meeting - We will schedule a meeting each quarter to sit down and go through the report with you at your convenience! Although this is not required, we highly recommend that you take advantage of the meeting, so that you can fully understand how your site is performing for you!

A report is run every 8 hours to determine if your site is working and available to customers, and will report to you if there is a problem.
